Started because agencies felt like a relay race.
Tech Sparrow started in 2022 after three of us got tired of watching good briefs die in handoffs — strategy to design, design to dev, dev to whoever was free that sprint. Every pass lost a little of the original idea.
So we built the opposite: a small studio where the person who pitches the idea is the person who ships it. It's slower to scale, and we're fine with that. We'd rather do fifty projects we're proud of than five hundred we half-remember.
Four years in, the team is still small on purpose. Every client gets the same four people, every time.
